MAN Sicherheit was founded in 2016 with a clear commitment: protection at a level that goes beyond the civilian standard. What began as highly specialised consulting in close protection has grown consistently into a provider of exclusive security solutions for clients with exceptional requirements.
Our growth was no accident, but the result of uncompromising standards, operational precision and absolute reliability. Today we work for well-known companies, high-profile individuals and international athletes and public figures who do not leave security to chance, but to professionals who think strategically.

Our people come from government, police and military backgrounds as well as from specialised national and international security units. At MAN Sicherheit there is no mass recruitment. Every engagement is built on strict selection criteria, continuous screening and a shared understanding of professional values.

Both combine years of operational experience, analytical thinking and clear leadership responsibility. Their personal grounding in professional sport has instilled values such as teamwork, focus, resilience and discipline. Their athletic background also gives them a particular understanding of clients from the world of sport.
Mirko Anastasov
Owner & Managing Director
Mirko Anastasov embodies the perfect combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence and physical presence. At 2.08 m, he radiates composure, authority and assertiveness — a decisive advantage in highly sensitive and critical situations.
His sporting career as a professional basketball player at Bundesliga level and as a member of the German national team (DBB) instilled virtues such as discipline, resilience, teamwork and strategic thinking. He has applied these values consistently to the security industry since 2010.
Since 2014, Mirko Anastasov has been a sought-after specialist in the protection of high-profile clients — from international sports teams and elite athletes to artists, senior executives and their families. He designs, manages and takes responsibility for security solutions at national and international level.
Under his leadership, protection concepts are created that combine security, freedom and the ability to act — always without restricting the activities or latitude of the clients.
Christian Kritzler
Operations Director & Head of Personnel
Christian Kritzler brings together strategic leadership, operational excellence and physical presence at the highest level. At 2.00 m, he embodies composure, authority and assertiveness — a visible strength that provides reassurance in critical situations.
His long career in the security industry began in 1988 with event and concert operations and with professional tour management for well-known artists. In parallel, his years as a football player in the 1. Bundesliga and GFL further shaped him.
Since 1998, Christian Kritzler has taken on responsibility as an operations, site and regional manager. Since 2017, as Operations Director and Head of Personnel, he has borne operational responsibility for the management, planning and quality assurance of every assignment at MAN Sicherheit.
He leads hand-picked teams, adapts each team precisely to the specific requirements of the brief and ensures that every protective measure is implemented with precision, professionalism and efficiency.
